Dr. Catherine Ostiguy favours an integrative approach (systemic, humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural). She accompanies individuals and couples in arriving at a benevolent understanding of their difficulties, in identifying possible solutions to their well-being and through the process of change that is taking place. She also views the therapeutic relationship as an opportunity for people to better understand and improve how they interact with others.
Dr. Catherine Ostiguy received her doctorate in psychology from Université de Montréal in 2015. Her clinical training with individuals, couples and families has allowed her to develop a systemic understanding of people’s difficulties. She works with individuals and couples grappling with various issues. She mainly works with people dealing with burnout, relational difficulties, identity questioning, depression and anxiety.
