Dr. Pudelko practices psychotherapy using an integrative approach, drawing from cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, emotion-focused, and psychodynamic therapies. Whether in the therapeutic or couples’ relationships, her goal is to create a welcoming and trusting space where each person can feel supported and understood in their personal and relational journey.
Dr. Pudelko earned her Doctorate in Psychology (D.Ps.) from Université de Montréal in 2024. Her doctoral research examined the links between romantic attachment, intimate partner violence, and the experience of negative emotions during a conflictual discussion. During her clinical training in psychotherapy, Dr. Pudelko has worked in community settings with couples and individuals dealing with conflictual or violent relationships. She has also supported individuals facing issues related to interpersonal trauma, difficulty managing emotions, and mood and anxiety disorders. Currently, she works as a psychologist with individuals and couples dealing with various issues.
